本政策适用于 Ocean Plan Dive 在不同终端形态下提供的相关功能与服务。不同平台支持的功能有所差异，实际收集的信息类型将以您使用的具体功能和授权情况为准。
一、我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息
为了向您提供服务、优化服务体验及保障账号与系统安全，我们会根据当前项目中已经实现的功能场景收集或处理以下信息：
- 设备与系统信息：应用启动和运行过程中，项目会读取设备型号、屏幕尺寸、像素比、操作系统信息、系统语言、平台类型、网络状态等信息，用于界面适配、语言切换、基础功能运行和问题排查。
- 设备标识与运行日志信息：我们的产品基于 DCloud uni-app（5+ App/Wap2App）开发。应用在运行期间，可能会收集您的设备唯一识别码（如 IMEI、Android ID、DEVICE_ID、IDFA、SIM 卡 IMSI 信息、OAID）、应用启动数据及异常错误日志，用于提供统计分析服务、分析应用运行情况、改进性能与用户体验，从而为您提供更好的服务。
- 位置信息：当您使用设备搜索、定位展示等相关功能时，我们会在获得您授权后获取您的当前位置、经纬度信息，用于配合当前蓝牙设备搜索流程以及在界面中展示位置信息。
- 蓝牙与设备连接信息：当您使用蓝牙扫描、连接、数据同步、设备状态监测等功能时，我们会访问蓝牙权限，并处理蓝牙设备标识、设备名称、连接状态、信号强度、设备通信数据及您选中的设备信息，用于完成潜水设备连接、数据读取与状态展示。
- 传感器/罗盘信息：当您使用罗盘、姿态方向、方向校准等功能时，我们会访问设备方向传感器、指南针以及加速度传感器信息，用于识别设备朝向、运动状态和姿态变化，并完成界面指示、方向显示及相关功能校准。
- 本地存储信息：为了保存您的使用偏好和提升使用连续性，应用可能在本地存储语言设置、单位设置、用户信息缓存、最近连接的蓝牙设备标识等数据。
如果您拒绝提供某些必要信息或未授予相应权限，相关功能可能无法正常使用，例如无法获取位置、无法连接蓝牙设备或无法正常使用方向识别功能，但通常不影响其他基础功能。
二、我们如何使用 Cookie 和同类技术
在 H5 页面或部分运行环境中，我们可能使用 Cookie、本地存储、日志等同类技术，以保障页面正常运行、保存语言偏好、记录必要状态并提升访问体验。
您可以通过应用设置管理或清除相关数据，但这样做可能导致部分功能无法保持登录状态、语言偏好失效或页面体验受影响。
三、我们如何共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息
- 共享：我们不会向第三方出售您的个人信息。仅在实现业务功能、履行法定义务或获得您明确授权同意的情况下，才会与必要的服务提供方共享必要信息。
- 转让：如发生合并、分立、收购、资产转让等情形导致个人信息转让的，我们会要求新的持有方继续受本政策约束。
- 公开披露：除非获得您的单独同意或法律法规明确要求，我们不会公开披露您的个人信息。
四、第三方服务说明
为保障部分功能实现，当前项目中可能接入必要的第三方服务或平台能力。第三方可能会在实现其功能时处理必要信息。
我们会尽合理努力要求相关服务提供方对您的个人信息采取保护措施。
为实现设备安全识别、风险校验功能，本 App 集成移动智能终端补充设备标识体系统一调用 SDK（开发者：中国信息通信研究院）。
该 SDK 仅在本地临时读取设备品牌型号、运营商、应用包名签名、OAID、VAID、AAID 等信息，调用完成后立即销毁数据，

五、我们如何存储和保护您的个人信息
- 存储地点：您的个人信息将按照法律法规要求存储在中华人民共和国境内，或存储于符合法律规定的地区。
- 存储期限：我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所必需的期间内保留您的个人信息。本地缓存信息通常会在您主动退出登录、清除缓存、卸载应用或达到必要保存期限后删除。
- 安全措施：我们会采取访问控制、最小必要授权、传输保护、权限控制等合理可行的安全措施，尽力防止信息丢失、泄露、篡改或被未经授权访问。

按照相关法律法规，您对自己的个人信息享有以下权利：
- 查阅、更正或补充您的个人信息；
- 删除您的个人信息；

七、权限调用说明
为了实现当前项目中的相关功能，我们可能会按功能需要向您申请以下系统权限：
- 位置权限：用于获取当前位置信息，配合设备搜索流程以及展示经纬度信息。
- 蓝牙权限：用于扫描、发现、连接和管理蓝牙设备，以及读取设备数据和展示设备状态。
- 存储/文件访问权限：用于保存必要缓存以及支持应用基础运行所需的文件访问能力。
- 方向传感器/罗盘/加速度传感器权限：用于方向识别、指南针显示、姿态变化判断及相关校准能力。
您可以在系统设置中关闭相关权限，但关闭后可能导致对应功能无法继续使用。
八、未成年人保护
我们重视未成年人的个人信息保护。若您是未满 14 周岁的未成年人，请在监护人陪同下阅读本政策，并在取得监护人同意后使用我们的产品或服务。
如我们发现存在未在监护人同意情况下收集未成年人个人信息的情形，将尽快删除相关信息。
九、本隐私政策的更新
我们可能根据业务变化、法律法规要求或产品功能调整适时更新本隐私政策。更新后的隐私政策将在相关页面公布，并在必要时通过弹窗、站内通知等方式提示您。

Welcome to Ocean Plan Dive. We take your personal information and privacy protection very seriously. When you use products or services provided by Ocean Plan, we will collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please read and fully understand this policy before use.
This policy applies to the related functions and services provided by Ocean Plan Dive under different end points. The functions supported by different platforms vary, and the actual type of information collected will be subject to the specific functions and authorization you use.
How do we collect and use your personal information?
In order to provide you with services, optimize service experience, and ensure account and system security, we will collect or process the following information based on the functional scenarios that have been implemented in the current project:
- Device and system information: During application startup and operation, the project will read device model, screen size, pixel ratio, operating system information, system language, platform type, network status, and other information for interface adaptation, language switching, basic function operation, and troubleshooting.
- Device identification and operation log information: Our products are developed based on DCloud uni-app (5 + App/Wap2App). During the operation of the application, your device unique identification code (such as IMEI, Android ID, DEVICE_ID, IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID), application startup data and abnormal error logs may be collected to provide statistical analysis services, analyze application operation, improve performance and user experience, so as to provide you with better service.
- Location information: When you use device search, location display and other related functions, we will obtain your current location, longitude and latitude information after obtaining your authorization, which is used to cooperate with the current Bluetooth device search process and display location information in the interface.
- Bluetooth and device connection information: When you use Bluetooth scanning, connection, data synchronization, device status monitoring and other functions, we will access Bluetooth permissions and process Bluetooth device identification, device name, connection status, signal strength, device communication data and your selected device information for completing diving equipment connection, data reading and status display.
- Direction sensor/compass information: When you use the compass, attitude direction, direction calibration, and related features, we may access the device direction sensor, compass, and accelerometer information to identify device orientation, motion status, and posture changes for interface indication, direction display, and related calibration.
- Locally stored information: In order to preserve your usage preferences and enhance usage continuity, the app may store data such as language settings, unit settings, user information cache, and recently connected Bluetooth device identifiers locally.
If you refuse to provide certain necessary information or do not grant the appropriate permissions, the relevant functions may not function properly, such as not being able to obtain the location, not being able to connect to a Bluetooth device, or not being able to use the direction recognition function normally, but generally do not affect other basic functions.
How we use cookies and similar technologies
In the H5 page or some operating environments, we may use similar technologies such as cookies, local storage, logs, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the page, save language preferences, record necessary states, and improve the visit experience. You can manage or clear relevant data through the app settings, but doing so may result in some functions not being logged in, language preferences being invalid, or page experience being affected
How do we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information?
- Sharing: We will not sell your personal information to third parties. Necessary information will be shared with necessary service providers only to fulfill business functions, fulfill legal obligations, or obtain your express authorization and consent.
- Transfer: In the event of a merger, division, acquisition, asset transfer, etc., resulting in the transfer of personal information, we will require the new holder to continue to be bound by this policy.
- Public Disclosure: We will not publicly disclose your personal information except with your individual consent or as expressly required by law or regulation.

In order to ensure the realization of some functions, necessary third-party services or platform capabilities may be accessed in the current project. Third parties may process necessary
In order to realize the functions of device security identification and risk verification, this App integrates mobile intelligent end point supplementary device identification system to call the SDK uniformly (developer: China Academy of Information and Communications). The SDK only temporarily reads the device brand model, operator, application package name signature, OAID, VAID, AAID and other information locally. How we store and protect your personal information
- Storage location: Your personal information will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China in accordance with laws and regulations, or in areas that comply with legal requirements.
- Storage period: We only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Local cache information is usually deleted after you actively log out, clear the cache, uninstall the app, or reach the necessary storage period.
- Security measures: We will take reasonable and feasible security measures such as access control, minimum necessary authorization, transmission protection, and permission control to prevent information loss, leakage, alteration, or unauthorized access.

Description of permission invocation
In order to implement the relevant functions in the current project, we may apply to you for the following system permissions as required by the function:
- Location permissions: used to obtain current location information, cooperate with the device search process, and display latitude and longitude information.
- Bluetooth permissions: Used to scan, discover, connect, and manage Bluetooth devices, as well as read device data and display device status.
- Storage/file access: Used to save the necessary cache and support the file access required for the basic operation of the application.
- Direction Sensor/Compass/Accelerometer Permission: Used for direction recognition, compass display, posture change detection, and related calibration capabilities.
You can turn off the relevant permissions in the system settings, but after closing, the corresponding functions may not be able to continue to be used.
Protection of minors
We value the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 14, please read this policy with your guardian and use our products or services after obtaining the guardian's consent. If we find that personal information of minors has not been collected with the guardian's consent, we will delete the relevant information as soon as possible.
Updates to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time according to business changes, legal and regulatory requirements or product feature adjustments. The updated Privacy Policy will be announced on the relevant page, and you will be prompted by pop-ups, in-app notifications, etc. when necessary.
